The Shapes From Home Collection is an intimate view of Levi Christiansen’s design process. Levi began with a family of shapes that work like a map to an undiscovered home, a place he first saw through lucid dreams as a child.
For years his dream lay dormant until his mother had a chance encounter with an oracle in 2019. The oracle spoke of Levi’s dreams, telling his mother that Levi came from another world, and his work was reminiscent of this other life.
Inspired by the oracle, Levi dove deep into a nostalgia for the home he’s never seen in his waking life. These visions became real through meticulous handcraft and time-honored, heirloom materials of this world.
The 5 piece collection grew from this study by refining and distilling forms until they felt familiar and comfortable, like the Shapes From Home.
