ABOUT
Levi Christiansen is a self-taught furniture designer based in Tucson, Arizona. Influenced by the forms, textures, and tones unique to the Sonoran Desert, Christiansen’s lifelong adoration of his natural environment continually informs his organic approach to design. Christiansen reimagines exceptional materials, seamlessly blending style and functionality while thoughtfully elevating the inherent beauty of the raw materials.
In 2016, after designing numerous residential and contract projects, Christiansen led the design, development, and introduction of the hardgoods category for the home-goods brand Tuft & Needle resulting in multiple best-selling bedframes that are currently available at Crate & Barrel and Tuft & Needle.
In 2021, Christiansen established his studio with his latest assemblage of designs titled “Shapes from Home,” a five-piece collection inspired by lucid dreams that illustrate a distant yet familiar world of objects buried within his subconscious mind.
